The checkin table at the 2012 Bow-Tie Bash

Columbia River Corvettes is a non-profit organization located in the Longview/Kelso area. Each year we host a car show on the first Saturday in July. This fundraiser–the Bow-Tie Bash–is our major fundraising event.

Since the first show in 1993, Columbia River Corvettes has donated over $53,900 to local charities. They have included: Scholarships to LCC, Meals on Wheels, The Emergency Support Shelter, The St. James Family Center in Cathlamet, Cowlitz Humane Society, United Way of Cowlitz County, Neighbors in Need, Salvation Army Angel Tree and Food Pantry Fund Drive, Hospice, Community House, Children’s Community Resources, Corvettes Conquer Cancer, Backpack Buddies, Hilander Dental, Relay for Life, Hood to Coast Run, Local School Gardens Projects, Children’s Justice & Advocacy Center, The Lions’ Club Camp Leo for Children with Diabetes, The Progress Center and High School Car Shows.

The success of our show is dependent on donations from local businesses, entry fees, and raffle ticket receipts.
