Dear Members, Past Members and Friends,
With great disappointment, the board members of CRC have decided to cancel the 2020 – 28th Annual Bow-Tie Bash that was scheduled for July 11th. Due to the public health situation and the safety of our members, volunteers, participants and merchants we feel this action is necessary in this ever so changing world. Plus we are not sure that the City of Longview would honor us a permit at this time.
We have canceled production on t-shirts, design, CruZin’ Magazine, KUKN Radio, other event calendars, etc. We truly want to thank those that have started the process and scheduling our event. We were off to a good start when the rug got pulled out from all of us!!!
As a courtesy, I will be sending out a blast email to all past participants that I have email addresses for, that we are cancelling our event. We have received many cancellations from other car shows around the area.
